BOEING JETLINER FACES ANOTHER DELAY
The article I read this morning was about the hot selling jetliner Boeing faces another delay. In Seattle they say the jetliner will come out until the third quarter of 2009. This is the third time Boeing has pushed back initial delivery and the fourth time its bumped the start of flight testing and will likely cost the company billions of dollars in additional research and development spending as well as penalties form airlines that get their planes late. Reflection- I think it’s a good idea that delay because that means they go through the jet about 100 times to see if everything is perfect and there's nothing wrong with the plane. Also I think this Is gona be a very good jetliner and its going to be well known. Interesting fact- This is the third time Boeing has pushed back initial delivery
“Problems found in software of slots” ►I read today on the news paper that State inspectors approved just 60 percent of the slots that were examined last year at seven casinos, which included some of the most successful and sophisticated in the nation. But tribal representatives and commission staff members disagreed sharply about the severity of the software shortcomings flagged in nearly 500 machines examined at the casinos, including those operated by the Pala, Pauma and Viejas tribes of San Diego County. Nearly 40 percent of those machines were running software deemed obsolete because the manufacturer had issued upgrades – in some cases, more than four years earlier – designed to correct flaws that had emerged. Although such software does not always pose a risk, some of the flaws were serious, the commission's staff concluded. ►I agree because they should inspect the casinos. ►I also agree because I think is for people security. ►In the other hand I don’t agree because they inspected about half of the casinos. ►I think the most interesting fact is that they are checking all casinos on California.
This morning I read about cutting edge workout equipment promises users a better burn for their buck. Your favorite specific treadmill ,stationary bike and elliptical trainer are like work out buddies. the new and latest gym techno-tools not only give you a better burn for your buck but they also make getting in shape more interesting and make you achieve more. Sometimes even fun/ the new workout artillery can give new direction to your elliptical training put more punch into your push ups and even offer a different slant to your indoor cycling. Reflection- with this new equipment just makes me want to get a new member ship and just start working my heart out. I saw the picture of the stationary bike and it looks like he is really on a bike that’s is pretty cool.
GIVING BIG… IN today's reading I read that channel 10 is challenging san deigns to make a difference. It pledges to donate 10,000 dollars to one of the five charities. They are Alzheimer Association, Jackie Robinson family YMCA and others ones. You could chose your favorite one on the channel 10 on line .
