Boy arrested after girl stabbed dozens of times
The San Diego police arrested a 16 year old boy yesterday. The boy was arrested after a 17 year old girl was stabbed in the back. The stabbing occurred rite after 4p.m.in front the girls residence. When the girl INTERACTED with the police she identified herself as the boy’s girlfriend. She was stabbed 27 times with a knife on her back. They stated that her INITIAL reaction was to run. She was stabbed repeatedly while she was being chased. The boy left on foot and was later arrested in Linda Vista.
I think the boy should of COMPENSATED with the girl and not stab her. Now that he did that he is probably going to be charged with intent to murder. He just threw his life away just because he was mad.
They stated that her 27 stabbings weren’t believed to life threatening.
Today in the union tribune, I read that 3 students from Wisconsin have died in a fire that had started in their bedrooms. Police don’t know whether they were drinking because there was a bottle of alcohol but cannot confirm if they were intoxicated and cannot use that that was the cause for them not getting out of their building in time. The victims were April C. Englund, Scott A. Hams and Amanda Jean Rief. All three appeared to have died of smoke inhalation, said authorities but do not expect foul play.
What I though about this story was sad. But what I thought really suck was the fact that Scott’s father had lost his wife 3 years prior to his sons death. They all really had something going for them, they were all going to graduate and they die.
house fire
Three students of the University of Wisconsin die in a house fire in Menomonie, Wisconsin. All three were killed in their respective bedrooms in a fire near the campus of the University of Wisconsin. Authorities cannot figure out why the three students did not wake up to get out of the house. Everybody else got out with minor injuries but they didn’t they did not wake from their sleep and they died of smoke inhalation. Police do not suspect foul play. They simply believe that all three might have been drinking since there was a open bottle of alcohol that the police found. The INITIAL reaction of the parents when informed was to be shocked and they did not want to believe it, yet it is true their kids died and there is nothing to COMPENSATE for the loss of a child. Police have been in contact with the parents and with the schools, INTERACTING with them and letting them know if any new information is found. The parents of the students have contributed to the newspaper a bit of the lives of their offspring and it is very heart moving to see the emotion behind the parent’s pain.
=Court-Orded Juvenile switch up=
In this mornings news paper I read about a court ordered juvenile division. Offenders sent to juvenile state prisons wont be states responsibility. The young offenders will be counties responsibility instead. They will be sent to East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility instead Then CYA in Chino. The county believes that the inmates will have a better chance of succeeding and rehabilitating in grater ways with the new law. San Diego county will receive $6.3 million by 2010 to reach the inmates needs. It was also estimated that the cost of each inmate per year will be at least 137,422 dollars. The San Diego privation office is asking itself if they are setting themselves for failure knowing that many of the inmates will return after being released.
=This will not just change in the offices but also how the inmates behave in in the units.
=This will also over populate the juvenile halls forcing some kids to move to different units.
=The inmates being transferred to the East Mesa Hall will have less privileges in there Than in the CYA.
=Officials are expecting 60 new inmates this year in East Mesa and 80 overall next year.
The article I read today is about Campo residents love the weather in southeastern corner of San Diego County. Their days in Campo are always different hot days, cold nights, loud winds, snow, thunderstorms, hail and intense rain you could barely raise an eyebrow. Campo has a very small community of 3,100 people and a few miles north of the Mexican border. Sometimes in Campo, it’s winter in the early mornings, spring at noon and a very hot day by 3 p.m. Campo has what National Weather Service forecasters call the “longest thermometer” in the county it’s like a frying pan. It cooks up pretty good.
My reflection is that I would not be able to live in a hot community.
I think they should open a community pool for the people who get hot and cant cool off.
My opinion is why what anyone like to live in a hot moist environment.
Today I read about how Chula Vista police spent a lot of tax payers money and time a recent weekend to arrest just 7 drunk drivers out of 518 cars stopped. That is a meager 1.35 percent rate. In the fight to get drunk drivers off the roads, California law enforcement agencies would likely make far more arrest if they spent there available patrol time roaming the roads then doing checkpoints because people know what checkpoints are and they are more than likely to turn around and just go the other way to avoid the checkpoint. The number of DUI arrests made by roving patrol programs is nearly 10 times the average number of DUI’s made by checkpoint programs.
Interesting facts- Chula Vista residents and taxpayers benefit from employing the most effective tactics to catch drunken drivers.
My Opinion- I think the article was good and the decision is all on the tax payers and Chula Vista residents to decide what they want to do it’s their money that they have to pay and comes out there pocket.
A Change of custody. In today reading I read that the juvenilia courts are tiring to change the juveniles life. The law is not the same for 16 year olds no more. The probations said that their goal was to try to get the juveniles from going to state prison but that is not going to happen. They are saying for strong arm robbery grand theft auto, and other serious charges are not going to carry out to the juvenilia probation they are going to state. The state Is saying that if they show us a prisoners life it would make us stop and think about going back to life and a Fukien hole. That is bull sheet because all they want us to do is brake the cycle for we can go back. So that is not really helping us youth. I hate this dame system for all I care they could go screw them self . And that prisoners life is not going to help us at all. For some of us it would probably encourage us. ……………………………. F the state law
“Reservoir deal seen for water authority”
►I read today that illustrating the growth anxiety over water across the west, the Metropolitan Water District today is expected to enter into a novel tri-state agreement to build a small reservoir in the Imperial Valley that could stretch supplies for Phoenix, Las Vegas and San Diego. Also that the new Imperial valley reservoir has raised alarms from environments who say it could further dry up the Mexican farmers also can delta. Mexican farmers also have not COMPENSATE protested, arguing that they rely on water that will now be diverted to the reservoir.
►I agree because they need the INITIAL water.
►I also agree because they are INTERACTING about something good.
►In the other hand we have to save water for our own good.
►I think the most interesting fact is that they are arguing about all this water problems.
