Today in the union tribune, I the RESOURCE I read was that The father of an 8-year-old boy who was shot by an off-duty san Diego police officer filed a claim yesterday, alleging that the officer, Frank White, pointed his gun directly at the boy, who SEEKED being killed by TRANSFERING down below the window of his mother's car. The boy was clearly visible, says the boy’s mother. He tried to crouch down, lowering his torso in the seat. His left leg was raised up as a result. White deliberately shot through the passenger window, striking the boy in his left leg at the level of the knee. Attorney Gene Iredale filed the claim on behalf of Luis Silva, the boy's father. Iredale filed a claim last week on behalf of the mother, Rachel Silva, who was shot twice March 15 in a Lowe's parking lot on Old Grove Road near state Route 76 in Oceanside. Both seek unspecified damages. A claim is a first step in a possible lawsuit.
I think there shouldn’t even be a law suit, the officer should just go to jail. He knew exactly what he was doing.

FEEL FOOLISH? PRANKS JUST MIGHT BENIFIT THEIR TARGETS...
The article I read today was about how April fool pranks can will help benefit targets. Scientist are trying to SEEK out those who use April fools for violence and disruption. Scientist also say that April fools will be one of the best time to catch foolish people doing crimes and using April first as an excuse. The people who do the crime can easily get into trouble because April fools is not even a holiday. A scientist had looked into his RESOURCES and found a way to divide pranks into three categories. Many people are saying that they are fed up with the childish acts many adults play and use against others. Many people are also worried that someone will eventually take April fools to far and do something real disruptive. If someone does happen to take it to far they will be TRANSFERRED to a county jail.
Reflection- I think that it is very interesting that there are actually scientist that investigate people who do wrong on April fools day. I never knew that many people were going overboard on this day. If this problem does get fixed then I think the ECONOMY will be much better. I also know that there are some AREAS that have a lot of problems with this ISSUE.
Interesting fact- An interesting fact about this article is that there are scientist that EVALUATE April fools jokes, and the people who take it to far.
Hospitals Treatment Dips On Weekends
The article I read to day was about hospitals data on treatment dips on weekends. They say many public services are less reliable on weekends. But does that apply to medicine as well. In the past decade studies have found the patients treated at hospitals on the weekends have inferior out comes when compared with those resources receiving care on the weekdays. In some cases that can also mean a higher death rate. On weekends are less likely to Seek aggressive treatment and have a higher death rate. Also those who had their operations on a Friday and spent the weekend recovering on a regular hospital floor were 17 percent more likely to die the fallowing 30 days than those who have there operations earlier that week.
Reflection- I think that hospitals should have the best care and treatment 24-7 in steed of having it only on the weekdays. I would also think that if someone dies at the hospital form lack of care could you sue the hospital.
Interesting- Also those who had their operations on a Friday and spent the weekend recovering on a regular hospital floor were 17 percent more likely to die the fallowing 30 days than those who have there operations earlier that week.
house on da hill
Today I read about a house that is being built just based on technology. The structure of the house has been modified to were everything is run by the machines inside the house. The designers are deciding to put a bio sphere around having the house instead of the house being effected by the weather. So instead they are creating there own area were the house can sustain life without being affected. All the technical wires are being TRANSFERRED to were it can be okay for the people that will be living inside the house. They are trying to SEEK away that they can make life better for the people in the future. The are calling this project the home for tomorrow. The have a team of 78 people working on this house. RESOURCES say that when this house is done a ESTIMATE of 3.3 million dollars would have gone into this house. The house will be VOICE activated and Bluetooth.
I this project is cool it is showing that if people put there mind to it then they can accomplish it. Some of the buyers of this house is unknown up too this moment. If it was up too me I would buy the house and sell it for more money. When they PREVIOSULY tried to build this house it did not work because the computers kept messing up. This SEQUENCE of building the house is called computer making.
cancer
Doctors have come up with an ingenious way to treat cancer in the esophagus. Surprisingly cancer in the esophagus is one of the leading cancer caused deaths and the deaths keep rising. Esophageal cancer is on the rise and it is caused by severe acid reflux and heartburn. The cause is a condition called GERD, and it is when a loose valve allows the stomach acid to regularly back up into the delicate esophagus exposing it to be burned. As this keeps happening the tissue in the esophagus keeps burning away and the tissue that replaces it is tougher thus more prone to cancer. Doctors kept SEEKING a way to help patients with this condition get healed but some of the treatments were costly and some of the patients did not have the RESOURCES to pay for expensive treatment. So doctors came up with a way to TRANSFER a tool into the esophagus that would allow the doctor to remove the damaged area without so much trouble of opening up the throat to make alterations to fix the problem.
Seal killed while shielding comrades will get top honor
The article I read about today was about a navy seal SEEKING to save his comrades who threw himself on top of a grenade to save his comrades in Iraq. Michael A. Monsoor age 25, will be rewarded the medal of honor. Monssor was a petty officer of 2nd class. Monsoor distinguished himself by extraordinary heroism on September 29, 2006. Monsoor was on a sniper security team in Ramadi with three other seals and eight Iraqi soldiers according to a navy account when an insurgent fighter threw the grenade. Monsoor then threw himself on top of the grenade. Monsoor’s family will receive the award on April during a white house ceremony.
Reflection- The article was a good way to honor a dead soldier who sacrificed his life for his comrades. The RESOURCE that will give him the medal of honor is from the white house and in honor of his heroism they will TRANSFER the medal to his family.
My opinion about this article is that is was a good article that was interesting .
From Grocery stores to fine dinning, food prices every were could be headed even higher because farmers may be cutting back on the land they use for planting corn this spring. Corn prices are already high and with this drop in supply the prices are due to rise. The lack in supply and the rise in demand consumers are very likely to see there food bills going up and up. Corn components are used in not only food products but also in store items that are not edible such as disposable diapers and dry cell batteries. When these products go up in price, those increases are eventually passed on to consumers.
Reflection: I think it’s a bad idea for farmers to plant less corn this spring because the demand for corn based products is very high.
Reflection: I think the government should give assistance to farmers who are planting corn because that assistance would eventually come back and help out the economy.
Reflection: With corn based products in high demand I think it would be a good idea for the government to find an alternative product that could also be used as a corn based product substitute.
My Opinion: I think it would be better for consumers if farmers planted more corn because then the prices would decrease and consumers would be able to purchase these products. As a result of consumers being able to purchase these items the economy would rise because then there would be a good balance of supply and demand.
