OLD MAN
Police shot a elderly man that had a bomb and a detonator on him. The spokesmen for the police station stated it was the mans movement that triggered the cops to start shooting the man. What is strange about this case is that the man was wheel chair bounded and he had no reason for going to the hospital no grudges or anything. Police used a robot to remove a red bag out of the mans possession then took the bomb to a nearby park and defused the bomb and 5 emergency patties were moved and 20 beds were put on lockdown. The lockdown was removed on Monday. I ASSUME that the man died and he is not still alive. The PROCESS that the police used was a tactic that is what they call calming down the situation before it gets in any other bad situation. The RESPOND time of the police was very fast and it was quick to were they caught the people in the act before getting in trouble.
I think that the police made a good judgment in acting I think every criminal should be treaty the same weather it is a crippled man or a criminal.

Article; “Kansas Woman Sat On Toilet For Two Years”
Summary; This morning’s blog is to respond to an article I read inside the Union Tribune. The article was about a woman who lived in Wichita, Kansas who had been living on her boyfriend’s toilet for two years. Apparently, the woman’s skin was already growing around the seat. She was refusing help for the past few years saying that she would come outside another day, when she was ready. But after responders and her boyfriend kept insisting she go to a hospital, she accepted help. The woman’s skin had already began growing around the toilet so it made it more difficult to remove. The hospital had to take the toilet seat off the woman with pliers, then remove it. Investigators do not exactly where to start with the whole prosecuting process, but they’ve started by filing against the boyfriend. There’s no reasonable excuse as to why he would let his girlfriend sit on his toilet for 2 years straight. The boyfriend says he was not trying to make her mad, because she kept insisting to stay put on the toilet. He said he would always bring her food and whatever else she needed. The woman was reported to be in fair condition after being looked at, but the question is if she’s mentally okay now.
Reflection; Obviously this woman is insane to sit on a toilet for two years, wasting her life away. But the boyfriend is not doing much better because it took him two years to call authorities.
The article I read today was about cocaine side effects mimic heart attack signs. Younger emergency room patients with heart attack symptom should be asked if they’ve recently used cocaine, which can cause similar chest pain, the American Heart Association is warning doctors. They RESPOND to the patients, honestly can be a matter of death: in the PROCESS they have to take medications that can be deadly to cocaine users. They ASSUME that symptoms of a heart attack in younger patients with no heart disease risk factors may be caused by cocaine use, I think its true. That is crazy I didn’t know that the “high” cocaine gives you it is like your having a semi-controllable heart attack. One interesting fact that I learned was that clot-busting drugs carry out an extra risk of bleeding into the brain in patients whose blood pressure is high because of cocaine use.
To day in the union tribune, I read that the PROCESS that turns one scientist into more of a Darwin and another into more of a dud? After years of argument over the role of factors such as genius, sex, and dumb luck, a new study shows that something unexpected and considerably sudsier may be at play in determining the success or failure of scientists: beer. According to the RESPONSE that was published last month in the respected scientific journal Oikos, the more beer a scientist drinks, the less likely the scientist is going to publish a paper or to have a paper cited by another researcher-- A measure of a paper’s quality and importance. The results were not a matter of a few scientists having one too many brews to conduct lab work. Publication did not simply drop off among the heaviest drinkers. Instead, scientific performance steadily declined with interesting beer consumption, from scientists who primarily sip beer two or three beers over a year to the sort who knock back more than two a day on average. I was really surprised said study author Thomas grim of palacky university in Czech republic. As an ornithologist, grim normally ASSUMES studies the behavior of birds, not scientists.
The article I read today was about a woman and her 8-year old son were recovering yesterday after being by an off-duty San Diego police officer in what authorities ASSUMED it was a road rage. The officer frank white, 28 has been with the San Diego police department since October 2005, white is on a routine administrative leave with pay while the incident is investigated. The shooting occurred about 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of Lowe’s in Oceanside. The woman who is in her mid 20’s was rushed to sharp memorial hospital. Her son was flown to Rady children's hospital both of them are in Kearny Mesa as soon as their surgery is over they will RESPOND for questioning.
My opinion is the officer should not have shot the little boy.
He was off-duty so he had no right to shot at anyone.
They should PROCESS all the information they could get before firing him.
An interesting fact I learned is you could shoot if your off-duty.
“Supreme court to hear TV profanity case”
►Today I read on the newspaper that the supreme court will PROCESS to decide whether it is indecent when a celebrity ASSUME to utters the “F-word” on live television, RESPONDING to stepping into its first major broad cast indecency case in 30 years. The high court said yesterday it will hear arguments in a case over whether the government can ban “fleeing expletives” one-time uses of familiar but profane words. The case grew out of decisions by the Federal Communications Commission in 2006 that two broadcast of the Billboard Music Awards were incident, though the agency levied no fines. On the shows, the singer Cher uttered an expletive and reality show star Nicole Richie uttered a variation of the same word and another expletive.
►I agree because little kids wont hear no bad words.
►I also agree because that’s better for our community.
►In the other hand I think parents shouldn’t let their sons hear that type of programs.
►I think the most interesting fact is that they will take the case after 30 years, when they took the last case.
I read In the news paper, that on Friday a man in riverside was sentenced to 250 years in prison. He was charged with 4 attempted murders. He was arrested in 2005 and now is sentence to 200 years for attempts and 56 years for counts. The sentencing *process* actually took 3 years. The stepmother Shannon Fajardo *assumes* that the bullet that was shot on the 5 year olds brain, has left the second grader unable to tie her shoes.
It also says that he shot his girl friend but she died. The judge *responded* with a lot of heart he was thinking about the community too and his family. The guy deserved it his cold blooded than his going to bump in with cold blooded people. I think that it was good that they gave him years for killing innocent people. I learned that we should not play with fire because we might get burn.
