Death in 8 bags
In Pennsylvania a women body was found in a bag her head was severed of its body. The first bag was found on Tuesday morning next to interstate 80. Along he interstate the state police drove they found another bag and it seemed to be another piece to this weird crime. The Lt. of this case order that the whole highway should be searched for bags. In that the police searched for more parts in a bag four different counties, and two different highways. A autopsy was order to be done this Wednesday to see if all the parts match and what actually happened at the scene of the crime.
I think that if people are being chopped up and put into trash bags then left on highways then who will be able to protect us if the crimes are getting worse each time .
Tom Brady: the winner
In the video clip I watch so far that he’s hearing criticism from other people and he’s just telling the guy you know I don’t look like an NFL quarterback but I changed a little. another clip I watched was about LT and his secret workout. And how much he concentrates on game day thinking you know I’m pretty much in car wreck about 30 times a year I got to prepare my body for that kind of abuse. Another clip was also about LT and how he helped out the kids who didn’t have homes. He bought 21 kids NFL tickets every year because he said I never got to go games when I was younger. He also owns a nice home with all kinds of stuff. another clip was about LT and his home life. He talks about where he came from and how his life style was. His wife says she dosent want their kids growing up playing football. He says he agrees with that because he said all the pressure and he didn’t want them to be exposed to that kind of pain.
Another clip I watched was bout the kings of Congo. They say how gorillas are almost extinct and that there is only 700 left on earth. The story they speak of is how 10 of them were massacred. Their story said they were killed because of charcoal. There is a gang like type of people called the charcoal mafia. They closed off the gorillas habitat so no one can kill them anymore.

►What I read on the newspapers today was about soldiers’ ailments, the role of traumatic brain injury –blamed for symptoms plaguing thousands of soldiers returned from Iraq – might be overstated, contends a provocative military study that offers hope for successful treatment. In many cases soldiers get post-traumatic stress and depletion may be driving the symptoms, doctors reported yesterday. Those conditions are more easily treatable. Also the study of the U.S. military doctors was praised by outside experts who found the conclusions convincing.
►I don’t agree because soldiers are the ones that defend the U.S. country.
►Also the soldiers have to be ready, not all depressed and stuff.
►In the other hand a lot of time away from your family and everything you love could make like that.

Today we watched a video on ladaniun Tomlinson. We got to see some of his workouts, and hat he does off the field. He is a great person. All in All L.T was inspired by famous Chicago running back Legend. Ever since he was a kid L.T slept with his football. Today its not in the bed but next to the bed. One day L.T claims to be the best that ever played the Game.
Kings of Congo
This segment was about Mountain gorillas who are being extinct thanks to humans. There was a family who was found slaughtered in the dead of the night. Its real sad Becouse these are just innocent gorillas getting shot and cut up for nothing. Someone is doing these gruesome killing, and its not right. Someone has to put an end to this.
L.T.;
This segment is about the Charger’s running back, LaDainian Tomlinson. Although his workout is top secret, we got to see a few parts of his workout. He works out extremely hard everyday. It also showed what he does when he is not on the field. He donates a lot of money and time to several charities. My personal favorite, was the charity that he has for young boys and girls that do not have the funds to go and watch an NFL game. Because his football number is 21, he buys 21 tickets for boy and girls every home game the Chargers have. It also talked about how much of a momma’s boy he is and how much he loves his wife. The most interesting fact I learned was that he is the most paid running back in the NFL.
Gorillas; Kings of Congo;
The second segment was about gorillas being massacred in Congo. The gorillas killed at first made a major impact on park rangers. They can still play the moment they found the gorillas dead in their head over and over again. It’s still too deadly for the Rangers to go back the forest to check up on the animals. The park rangers even say they can speak gorilla. But sadly the reason why these poor animals are being killed is for one reason, coal. Rebels, people who go against the government, are chopping down their territory to make coal and sell it.
The War Against Women;
This segment is about a war in Congo against women. Women are being raped and injured. The video showed a woman that was raped although she was pregnant and with her limbs chopped off. The raping is coming from Congo’s military and the rebels. The youngest child that has been reported raped was 3 years old and the oldest was 74 years old. There are special places where woman are told they are safe from the terror going on but the truth is, there is rape everywhere in Congo. The raping is due to the war going on between the rebels and the military. Congo’s government is not willing or not able to stop this tragedy. The husband’s of the women that are raped are fleeing because they feel violated and ashamed that they couldn’t prevent it.
Reflection;
It's always good to see someone doing the right thing. I am happy that despite all the money and fame, L.T. is still giving to the community. About the gorillas, I am sad that these animals are being shot at for the sake of coal. I hope that they get taken to a special unit to be taken care of. Lastly, about the war against women... I am extrememly offended because I AM a woman and I understand what they must be going through. Although, I have never been raped, I can understand the violatuion they must have felted. I hope that it discontinues but the truth is, it probably wont for awhile.

The last clip I watched was about the war in Congo. But the war is women and how they get brutally raped and how about 4 million women alone died last year. There are stories about women and how they were raped descriptively. One girl said that soldiers had broken into their home and raped her one by one. Then they said they gave a flashlight to her younger brother to watch, and when they were done they wanted him to rape her and he denied so they murdered. It is so bad in Congo that there is no law system anymore and there is no gates around the prison and all the inmates in the jail have kicked out of the prison and now the inmates own the penitentiary.

Today I have watched a short video about Congo, a country in Africa. They are very brutal there. I heard the story about a women, it is a very sad story. She was raped by several men in front of her brother. Then they asked her brother to rape her, her brother said that he couldn’t do that. They killed him in front of her because he would not do it. They kept here there for about 8 months. Everyday they would rape her. Finally she could escape and left to her home. She thought that her daughters were not going to be alive. When she got there they were alive but her husband was not there anymore. A doctor said that they man leave because they feel ashamed that they could not take care of their family. The lady was really lucky to be alive. She had her baby and called her Lucky. The women still have hope. I think that this is a very sad story because all of this women live with fear and hope at the same time.
♥LT off field work is more important he thinks that when it comes to the day of game time he doesn’t talk he ignores everyone including his wife. He likes to help out his community a lot by helping people and kids that need things or anything like that. He visits children in hospitals his wife's name is Lartosha. When he was five he started sleeping with a football. The football he use to sleep with till this day he still has it. When he was a little boy he wrote his mom a letter and told her that he was going to give her a big house and he has made his promise.
♥I think that LT is the best football player in the football world. =] I don’t know a lot about football but as far as I know Lt is very famous and very good. He is also in my favorite football team the San Diego Chargers.
♥There is only 7oo hundred mountain gorillas left in the world. So far this year 10 gorillas have been shot to death. Scientist are trying to train them to not be afraid of people so scientist could study them but humans have betrayed them because they have killed 10 this year. A mountain gorilla got shot to death they shot her twice in the chest her new born gorilla was no where to be found. They shot four that day. The people that have been killing the gorillas is the rebels that make charcoal. Two baby gorillas have been orphaned this year so far because their mothers have been shot to death. Congo can be very dangerous for the gorillas but it can be even more dangerous for humans.
♥The video that we watched about the mountain gorillas was very sad. How could people have the hearts to kill these innocent animals known that their almost extinct. I hope this violence stops soon.
♥War against women. More than 4 million people have died in the world last year and most of those people have been women. In Congo a woman was raped and she was pregnant they cut of her vagina. The youngest women that was raped was 3 years old and the oldest was 84. It is being known as the war against women. Women in Congo get raped because the men think it’s a weapon of war. In some villages more than 90% of the women their have been raped. Women have been shot inside their vagina that is also a symbol that it is also a symbol of war.
♥The third video that we watched about the war against woman is very sad. I know now why some people come in to the united escaping form their country because of any reason. War against woman is a very sad reason.
Cnn: Civil war affectes Women, Lt the man off the feild
The video that struck me the most was the War against women. What comes to mind is that I think of my mother if she or both of us in the country it quite sad what this women go through. Through all of these pain they still manage to survive. The women in the country find away to see the greater time in life instead of dwelling on the fact that the attacks on them were to keep them down. The government does not do anything to help the civilian women against these attacks.
Lt the best running back in the league likes to help out the less fortunate and make the regular people feel like they are better then they are. Although he is the highest paid player in the NFL. He still acts like he is a regular person doing every day things like giving tp the less fortunate, and buying tickets for poor families and to help the California peoples.
In today’s video we watched “LT off field work is more important”. LT believes that it is more important to practice off the field and to make him ready from all the physical damage he gets. He looks at every game like a a car crash. His body has to go through 20 crash a year so he has to prepare especially so he wont get injured.
LT is right that off field work is more important than field practice. Its better to be mentally prepared for something because they need to focus. LT is great at what he does because he is physically and mentally.
Another video we watched “Gorillas: The King of the Congo”. There is only around 700 gorillas in the whole world. So far this year 10 gorillas have been massacre. The guys that killed the gorillas are charcoal makers to send a message to the park rangers. Charcoal is the main source of fuel.
Its not right that rebels are killing innocent animals, just to send a message to the park ranger. With only 700 gorillas left in the world we should be protecting not killing them for no reason. They should just be left in peace.
The Last video we watched was “The War Against Women”. More than 4 Million people died last year, more than the war in Iraq. The majority of the deaths are women's. Women get raped everyday by the Congo soldiers. In some villages more than 90% of the women their have been raped. A lot of the rape survivors is abandoned by there husbands. Some women get stuff into her vagina like broken bottles, knifes, and even shoot them between their legs.
I believe that was wrong what the soldiers did to the women. Military is supposed to protect the people not hurt them. It is a miracle that some of those people are still alive and hope.

Today I have read an article on a woman that was attacked by a dog. There are a lot of dogs that are dangerous pets, but just because you think that the animal is dangerous doesn’t necessarily mean that the police will do something about it. They try to protect the pet owners right and also the publics rights. On November 2006 Nancy Matthews was attacked by two boxers that had already bitten two other people in that neighborhood. She was with her 2 young sons and they watched as the dogs thru their mom to the ground and were tearing at her scalp arms and legs. The woman ended up with blood transfusions, scars and indentation in her arm and leg where she had lost tissue. She says the she can no longer be a veterinarian because she has a flashback. This is the first dog owner that did jail time. Matthews is suing Animal Services alleging that the Department failed to investigate previous bites by the dogs and take steps to protects the public. I think that they should more those attacks. I also think that they should fine people who let their dogs around and don’t take care of them because if this lady got hurt that bad imagine how much it could have hurt a child. I am scared for my little nieces and nephews because you see dogs all by themselves all over the place and you never know if they are dangerous.
