“Teen Drug Use Declining; Painkillers Still Popular”
►In the cnn.com I read it said that licit drug use by teens continued affecting to the decline gradually overall this year, but the use of prescription painkillers remains popular among young people, according to a federally financed study tested released Tuesday at the with house. Overall, the proportion of eighth-graders reporting use of an illicit drug at least once in the involved 12 month before the survey was 24% Potential in 1996. it now has fallen the maintained 13% -- a structural drop of nearly half.
►I don’t agree on this report because they are saying that more than the half was using distant illicit drugs formulas.
►I also don’t agree because I don’t think they reported something.
►I don’t agree also because that were asking all 12 months.
►I think the most interesting fact its that the analysis have come out from the with house.

The story I read today was about a high school shooting that left a 14 year old boy brain dead. The prosecutors are trying to give him 25 years plus another 25 for having a gun in school. When prosecutors found out that the boy was brain dead they said that that was good enough for a conviction. The kind was shot in the head on Tuesday morning during in E.O. Green junior high. The boy is still alive but brain dead. Students in his school said that the kid that was shot sometimes wore feminine attire and that that had kept him from hanging out with other boys.

Article: “Oh God, he’s going to shoot me”

Summary: Today I read that in Northern Illinois University a guy in black open fired. The man in Black was behind a curtain on the stage of the lecture hall then, he came out and opened fired with a shotgun. The gunman said nothing just fired again and again. The gunman perhaps fired around 20 times. Five students were killed by the shotgun blasts. Later the gunman was identified to be a graduate student at the University but was no longer enrolled. The gunmen’s body was found. He died from a self-inflected gunshot. With his body with 2 handguns, including a Glock, and a Shotgun.

Reflection: I think that the gunman went to far in shooting a university. I think that gunman was a weak person because he decided to commit suicide and didn’t want to take the consequences.

Article; Annual Global Pet Expo

Summary; This morning's blog is based on the article I read about an annual Pet Show. The pet industry's largest animal trade show opened yesterday at the San Diego Convention Center. It talks about how advanced and creative the show has become. Now there's something called a Pet Portal, little decorative door that can be switched up to match any occasion. They also sale cute, unique items that pets will love. Like, a lumpy dog bed and a couch that is crafter out of leather and cherry wood. With Americans spending so much on their animals, many of the latest will debut this week at the Global Expo. It's a three day show. The show will have about 800 vendors in 2,400 booths. About 5,000 buyers will be wandering the aisles through tomorrow, deciding what to stock on the shelves. the Global Pet Expo, whcih was first held in 2005, is one of the fastest growing trade shows in the country.

Reflection; After reading this article, I miss my Pomeranian pupy.
I hope that I can go to one of the shows once I have my dog again. :)

Interesting fact; Americans are spending about $40 Billion annually on tehir pets.

The story I read today was about a storm delivered rain and snow to the county yesterday, causing mudslides and road closures and stranding hundreds of motorists on interstate 8 through the mountains, sending many to shelter at the golden acorn casino. The red cross sent two four-person canteen teens with food and blankets to rural East County last night. More than 500 vehicles were stranded and more than 400 were evacuated and taken to the Pine Valley fire station. One person in Descanso was taken to hospital with hypothermia. There was about a foot of snow. That’s crazy how our weather is changing.

♥ The article I read about this morning was in the section our REGION, it was about a wintry surprise that hit east county in Campo. A surprise storm that hit Campo in the San Diego county brought rain and snow. The storm hit pretty bad in Julian they got a MAXIMUM 6 inches of snow. Weather men said that the clouds from the storm were to expected to clear out today. The POTENTIAL possibility that all the clouds were going to clear away today was very high because there is no clouds. In Alpine the snow began to fall at around 2pm. The CHP closed down the interstate 8 near Willows Road east of Alpine. The reason that they closed down interstate 8 was DISTINCT because of the snow.
♥ I think that AFFECT that the snow is causing really sucks. The only FORMULA so that everyone can be safe from the storms is to try to stay home when its raining or so. I hope that all these storms end soon because I hate when it rains and its really cold.
♥ An interesting fact that I read in my article was that one person in Descanso area was taken to a hospital with hypothermia.

=Bank Robers Cought=
This morning I have read about two men arrested in suspicion of bank robbery. The two men were arrested on Wednesday afternoon at 4:45pm. They were arrested at Ensenada Street near Alton Drive. Lawrence Charles Kerner of Lemon Grove and Robert of Lee Vader of El Cajon are in a 100.000 dollar each bail. They will both face trial for the robberies and for the actual reason they got arrested (not shown). Waiting trial in the San Diego County Jail they are expected to jet Felony charges. Kerner in suspected for robbing a branch of Mission Federal Credit Union On Avocado Boulevard near Campo Road on Dec. 11. Vader is suspected of robbing a branch of San Diego National Bank on Jamacha Road near Fury Lane on Jan. 10. The banks feel safer with both man incarcerated.

=I think that banks should have bullet proof glass to protect their employees.

=the two men are suspects but they don’t have any legit evidence against them.

=People in the bank at the time of the robbery probably told the police the description that the police used to determine the suspects.

=The men took more than 50.000 dollars from the bank.

RAMOS
Union Tribune: U.S. wants to execute 6 Guantanomo detainees in 9/11 case.
Today I have read an article on how military prosecutors have decided to seek the death penalty for six Guantanomo detainees who are to be charged with central roles in the Sep. 11 terror attacks. The officials said that the charges would be announced at the Pentagon. It was likely that they would include many other war-crimes charges against the six men. A Defense department official said prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. I think that it is good that they want the death penalty. This is what they deserve because they killed many innocent people. They probably don’t even regret doing such horrible things.
