Today in the union tribune, I read that Shares of jack in the box jumped more that 7 percent yesterday after the fast food company reported a strong first quarter and forecast that 2008 earnings will beat wall street estimates. The san Diego based AREA restaurant chain reported net income for the quarter ended Jan. 20 of $36.5 million, or 61 cents a share, compared with $37.4 million, or 53 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue increased 6 percent to $904.9 million. Jack I the box CEO Linda a. Lang said that the company has prepared for a strong 2008 by providing a slew of new products despite the faltering economy. Overall our business is strong despite a challenging environment in which commodity cost remain high and economic pressures are impacting consumer spending, Lang said. The company’s flagship brand saw it’s the same store sales, a key indicator of performance, increase by 1.5 percent. Same store sales at its DIFFERENTIATE Qdoba Mexican grill increased 4.5 percent. For the fiscal year that goes through Sept. 30, jack in the box said it expects earnings of $1.98 to $2.08 a share, including charges of 17 cents for restaurant makeovers and find a higher tax rate. LArry Davis
A Larry Davis that was involved in a gun shoot out with six police officers in 1986. Was stabbed too death in prison by another inmate. The officer on the field at that time stated that he was stabbed for drug problems. Larry Davis was stabbed in the back, thigh, head, and the chest. Larry Davis was given life with out parole because he killed five drug dealers five years earlier . When the police went to his apartment to catch him he elude the officers in the AREA. He then lead the police officers on a 17 day man hunt. He was caught at his sisters house holding a women and her kids hostage.
To CLARIFY things the officers that made the arrest were not injured in the gun fight Davis stated that “ he tried not to hit the officers that is why no one was harmed”. The jury accuquited him 5 to 15 years in life. To DIFFERENTIATE between these two murders is that one was completed to make action, the other is out of fighting back.

Article; “Clinton Standing At Crossroads”
Summary; This morning’s blog is based on an article I read about the Presidential Debate. The article focuses on one candidate, Hilary Clinton. People are now debating whether she will make it past Ohio & Texas on March 4th. She will have no choice but to draw sharper and deeper contrasts with Obama. This latest division within the campaign reflects intense frustration among Clinton’s advisers as they look for ways to run around their campaign against Obama. People are saying she is not attacking Obama hard enough, but that he team is now pushing her to do so. Her speeches & television adds are not aiming at Obama yet but that is said to be changing soon. Polls suggest that Democrats now view Obama as more elect able than Clinton. After her ninth and 10th defeats in a row on Tuesday in Wisconsin and Hawaii, Clinton is running out of time. She is passing challenges to Obama’s qualification as a candidate and as a president.
Reflection; I don’t want to think about Hilary Clinton not winning this year’s election. I would have liked to vote but sadly, I’m still a minor. I hope that she turns it around and wins the election.
=Sewage leakege=
The news paper that I read today read about the beach being closed. The beach was closed this week. It has been closed from the border to Imperial Beach AREA. It was CLAREFIED to be closed because of a sewage leakage. The sewage fluids were from the Tijuana river. This also happened wile it was raining and the sewage fluids were washed to the beach from the river. The Department of Environmental Health said that regulation testing found that ocean currents moved the contamination north. They also said that water activities are prohibited 72hrs after rain fall. Tijuana is to fig the leakage before further damage happens. They should be able to DIFIRINTIATE between what to do or not to do.
=The sewages have problems that need to be fixed soon before more contamination happens.
=They should also clean the Tijuana river more often so accidents like this are prevented.
=People should be more careful with the waste that is dumped.
=Even dough the beach should have been closed since NOV 30 people still go in the water.

-Missile strikes dying spy satellite
-The article that I read today was about a satellite. A missile launched from a Navy cruiser soared 130 miles above the Pacific and smashed a dying and potentially deadly US spy satellite yesterday, the Pentagon CLARIFIED. Two defense officials said it apparently achieved the main aim of destroying an onboard tank carrying 1,000 pounds of toxic fuel. Officials in that AREA had expressed cautious optimism that the missile would hit the satellite, which was the size of a school bus. They were less certain of hitting the smaller, more problematic fuel tank. The Bush administration DIFFERENTIATED the tank to be a potential health hazard to humans if it landed intact. The cruiser Lake Erie, armed with an SM-3 missile designed to knock down incoming missiles, not orbiting satellites launched the attack at 7:26 p.m. PST.
-I think that this is an interesting article. I wonder how did they find out about that spy satellite. I also wonder who's satellite it is.
-One interesting thing that I found is that the missile hit the satellite as the spacecraft traveled at more than 17,000 mph.
CUBA
There has been a lot of controversy after Fidel Castro's step down and handing over of his regime to his brother. Many critics believe that things won’t change and that this new ruler will do nothing to come closer to a democratic country. Raul Castro, Fidel’s brother, has the same ideas about government as his brother. Many of the critics do not believe that there will be much change in regards to that AREA of government. Yet many of the residents are hopeful that maybe there might be some change and that they might be closer to a more open and free country. It is necessary to CLARIFY that the Castro brothers believe that communist is the best type of government and it seems that they will do nothing to move on from that idea. As an example when Fidel was starting to reign control of the country and he was founding the country’s Communist Party he DIFFERIENTIATED between religious parties because he preferred his followers to be atheist. Now the doors to the party are open to believers of all faiths. Maybe there is hope for the communist country. New ideas have to be added to this government because Fidel is too weak to carry the nation in his shoulders and Raul cannot do it all by himself.
The story I read today was about the forensic and veterinarians facilities. They said that they were going to build new state of the art facilities that would be bigger that before. They said that the facilities were going to be like those in the show CSI. They also said that I was going to hold more bodies that before and have more staff. The two story building is going to be 84,000 square feet and that that was the biggest building of examiners.

♥ The article I read about this morning was about the DIFFERENATIATE type of woman that are having strokes. I read that in the AREA of the United States, more middle aged women have strokes than anywhere else in the world. Researchers that have been studying about why most middle aged women have been having strokes. The most CLARIFY reason was mostly RELATED with weight gain and fatter abdomens in the women. In the years 1999 thru 2004 women ages 35 to 54 a percentage of 1.8 was reported suffering a stroke. Most of the women that have these kinds of strokes are usually on medicines to control their cholesterol and blood pressure. Researchers ANALYZED that the stroke rate had spiked in middle aged women. For men on the other hand it stayed about 1 percent the same.
♥ The article I read about this morning was very interesting. I thought that the POTENTIAL of having a stroke in a woman’s middle age was less than a old ladies. I hope I never get even close to having a stroke.
♥ An interesting fact that I read about in this article was that rates stay about the same for men in middle age.

President bush has been a little like Santa Claus, a benevolent figure from another land handing out gifts, and generating smiles wherever he goes. Union Tribune: Clinton accuses Obama of political plagiarism
Today I have read an article on the debate that happened Thursday night. First I would like to say I think Hilary should win because she is the best one for the job. Hilary Clinton said that he represents change you can Xerox. And Obama said that they shouldn’t be tearing each other down they should be bringing this country up. I believe he might be a good change for this country, but I still think that Hilary would be able to control and change us better. They both agreed that they had plans but that if they do not change how politics works in the government then they will not be able to change anything. The reason she said his change was change you can Xerox is because apparently Obama had used someone else's words in his campaign speeches. In The Associated Press' delegate count Thursday, Obama had 1,358.5 to 1,264 for Clinton. I hope that Hilary Clinton can win because it would be a great step for our country.
