Tennnesse mayor
The Tennessee mayor SEEKS back his old job. The board members though stated that his old job isn't his for the taking. These seems like a step down from the original job as mayor. He was TRANFERED to a different part of the district to become though board member of the school site. RESOURCES say that he has not defined why he would like to step down from his power as mayor.
The story I read today was about training camps around Mexico, the training camps recruit only cartel members. Mexican and American recruits are hired as assasins and take on contracts for cartels on both sides of the border. The cartels are in the early teens and some are older than the teens. A U.S. anti-narcotic official said the they really go big lengths for there battles. Some of there training camps are abandoned and some of them are private facility’s that are also on private land.
Today in the union tribune, I read that Maria Isabel meza was a little nervous about carrying a banner in yesterday’s Cesar Chavez memorial parade. She was worried that she’d freeze up and stop walking. She was born a few years after Chavez died, but she’s learning from his legacy the importance of marching and helping others. Chavez’s name comes up frequently at the weekly meetings in the Sherman heights community center of a girls group called las comadritas. They teach you how to be a leader, so the world will be better. Hundreds marched through the streets of Logan heights yesterday in a tribute to Chavez. The 14th annual parade honored the labor leader, who was the founder of the united farm workers. Chavez espoused nonviolence, using tactics such as strikes and boycotts to achieve the first industry wide labor contracts in American agriculture. He died in 1993 at the age of 66, and his birthday, march 31, is a state holiday. Yesterday’s 45-minute procession reflected how large his legacy is in san Diego. The diverse collection of youth groups.

A new type of humanitarian help has emerged. We all know that as new technologies and internet advancements are discovered it becomes easier and easier for anyone to reach information that before was really difficult to obtain. SEEKING information now with the help of the internet has become so easy anyone can do it. So many volunteers have discovered that using this RESOURCE is really efficient and successful when trying to locate a missing person or in this case John and Jane Does. Many normal people have taken upon themselves to help law enforcements connect the dots and help locate a missing or dead person. Thanks to these volunteers many families are receiving peace after many years or months that they had been searching for a lost family member. These volunteers have their everyday normal life and have regular jobs, but, at night they go home connect to the web and search for clues or leads that will get them closer to identifying the corpse. That is what happened to a certain man living in Tennessee, he heard from his wife that some woman had been found dead and that she had been buried in a grave marked Tent Girl because nobody knew her name. The man became obsessed with trying to identify her and spent many long sleepless nights trying to find her name. Thanks to the connection of volunteer workers that serve humanity to find their missing loved ones, the man found that a woman was looking for her sister and they e-mailed each other and he discovered that it was the same girl. DNA reports showed that in fact it was the woman’s sister and they decided to TRANSFER the body to their hometown.
The article I read today is about Miramar landfill has been San Diego’s RESOURCE main dump for more than 40 years. A super sized Sycamore is set in a canyon near the border of San Diego and Santee, its California biggest mountain of trashing reaching an elevation of 13,000 feet. 13,000 tons of trash to the landfill daily brings more than 2,600 to the site, to the site, many of them traveling on the already congested state route 52. Sycamore owner, Allied Waste Industries sees, the proposed expansion as a major plus. It would create at least 20 years of additional landfill capacity according to a draft environment impact report .
TRASPORTING INMATES
To day I read about captive cargo. In this article they were tell you about how they transfer the inmates every where they need to go such as court, between jails, to medical clinics, and death row. It is a dangerous job with no shortage of tense moment but most of the travel is done by a bus driven by deputy Ofelia Rodriguez. They start there day at 5am with a trip to the central jail. All inmates from across the country are taken there each weekday morning . After there counted and sorted they most are bushed to court. High risk offenders are locked up in a cage inside the bus or driven separately in a van or a car. There considered a thereat to guards and other inmates.
Reflection- I think that is a pretty hard job because your with killers and rapist and murders everyday and u don’t know when there just going to burst and start attacking you .
Interesting- they go to central jail so the inmates could be counted

Union Tribune: Toning down the noise
Today I have read a short article on college students and how they have been so loud. A year ago they issued a citation program so that the students could turn down the noise. 75 $1,000 noise disturbances were issued in under six months. Since the city Council agreed to expand of this program, only 30 more citations have been issued. This one girl was issued a 1,000 citation at the beginning of the year but was dropped down to 150 by appeal. Many of the students are saying that they have been given a citation but they did not care because their paid for it. I think that that is retarded, if I was the parent I would not pay for anything because its not like I am the one that is partying. The college parties are fun but they do get too out of control. Well I think that it is good that they are doing this for the safety of the student and so that the neighbors can be at ease.
Next month Pope Benedict XVI is scheduled to visit Washington followed by New York. The public will have fewer opportunities to see the pope then there was when the late John Paul II visited Washington in the fall of 1979. The fewer opportunities are due to the strict security concerns and a tight schedule. Pope Benedict XVI has a Mass at the Nationals stadium on April the 15th and is scheduled to stay their through the 17th. Spokeswomen Susan Gibbs for the Archdiocese of Washington stated the strict security for the visit reflects the times we live in. The Pope will address concerns to the United Nations, visit Ground Zero and celebrate a Mass at Yankee Stadium on April 20th before leaving for Rome later that day.
Reflection: I feel it is a necessary precaution to have strict security when the pope arrives so that he could be safe.
Reflection: I think it is a good thing that the Pope will address the United Nations about current issues in our society.
Reflection: I think its too bad that the Pope is unable to stay in the United States longer then he is scheduled to.
My Opinion: My opinion is that it is a great event that the Pope could come all the way to the U.S from Rome to hold special masses in the country.
