New Rochelle Sgt. David Rodriguez pleaded not guilty to forcible rape, agreed to an order of protection keeping him away from the teenager and posted $25,000 bail. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to 25 years in prison. Rodriguez did not speak after the arraignment, but his attorney Stephen Worth said the charge was false and the investigation was slipshod. He said the girl "has a number of motives to make up a false allegation," but he did not elaborate. The sergeant's wife, Darlene Rodriguez, anchorwoman of WNBC-TV's "Today in New York," was in tears outside the courtroom before the arraignment. She left the courthouse dry-eyed with her husband and said, "I'm here to support my husband. I believe in him. I love him. He's innocent 100 percent." Police Commissioner Patrick Carroll said the investigation was thorough. "We took our time," he said. "We didn't jump to any conclusions. "Carroll had announced the rape allegation, without naming David Rodriguez, more than a month ago and suspended him with pay. Rodriguez, 36, of Croton-on-Hudson, was suspended without pay Wednesday.
I feel that if they would have CONDUCTED a better interview they would found more evidence to convict him. The ADMINSTRERED some help for the cast men but other than that he got off. The ELEMENT that the police officer was in was not that good.
DRUG TRACKING DELAY SOUGHT...
The article I read today was about how a new drug finder CONDUCT is being made. Scientist are now coming up with a way to tell legal drugs apart from illegal drugs. They will be able to do this by putting a code on each legal drug, and can tell where the drug is taken. Even though this act will cost a lot of money, scientist think it is a good way to reduce drug deals. This act was supposed to take place Jan. 1 but many pharmacist were not ready, so this will be postponed for another two years. This system says to be one of the best for detecting fake drugs. The ELEMENT they are using is fighting drugs with drugs.
Reflection- I think that this idea is good but it might not last that long. I think that it is good because it can stop the transfer of legal drugs. I think that this might not work because someone can easily lie about what happened to the drugs. There will probably be an argument about what happens to the people who lost the drugs and ADMINISTERED them.
Interesting Fact- An interesting fact about this article is that since some scientist aren't ready, this act will be postponed for another two years.
I read today in the news paper that they have HIV inmates working outside the prison. They just want to help them get back in there feet. They are also saying that not only because they have a disease there going to let them shoot themselves on there feet. They say that work release means less crime and fewer people are going to return to prison. The *conduct* that the prisoners is that they are earning there freedom back just by doing small steps.
The *administer* Mr. Richard Allen is saying that this is still in view in short words there checking up on the inmates. The *element* that the prison in actually asking for is them having good behavior and for them not to come back. I think that its good what the prison is doing to help the inmates that need help. But is it only in Alabama? Or some other prisons. It would be perfect if Cali could do that to. I learned that now some prison inmates could go to work.
Prison inmate Kathryn canty seems like a prime candidate for work release she has good behavior, less then three years left to serve and an accounting degree along with vocational training. But she also has HIV. Inmate advocates say Alabama is the only state that bars prisoners with the AIDs virus from participating in work release. I’m a worker says canty, who finishes her 4 1/2 year sentence for forgery and theft next month. Work release would really have been a great help for me to catch up with technology as well as saving money to get back on my feet. Work release is the closest thing to freedom for prisoners in Alabama, allowing select inmates to hold jobs on the outside, earn money and wear street clothes. They typically work at blue collar jobs during the day and to return to prison at night.
This article I read was about a suicide bomber killed five U.S. soldiers while they were on foot patrol. This occurred in Baghdad. Yesterday those soldiers were walking in a shopping district there was a man in his 30s and ADMINISTERD proceeded to detonate his bomb 30 feet away. Four of the they CONDUCTED the soldiers died at the scene and the other died later from the wounds. It was said that two civilians were killed too. Earlier in the day a female suicide bomber killed a U.S. backed Sunni leader. The mans guards ushered the bomber into his home without searching her. The woman had went to go visit someone in the village.
I think its bad that someone would be a suicide bomber. And it make no sense that they would risk their life. I think that they must love their country to do something like that.
Why would someone risk others life that don’t want to be tuck in away from them
I didn’t learn nothing from this article.

“Woman making 911 call is shot dead”
►Today I read that a woman CONDUCTED a 911 call from her ADMINISTRATION suburban mansion to report an attempted break-in, but her pleas were interrupted by gunshots, then silence: she had been shoot to death. The woman told the dispatcher late Wednesday morning that someone was trying to break into her home in upscale West Covina, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Lt. Dan Rosenberg said.
I don’t agree with this because someone died.
I also don’t agree with this ELEMENT because is bad.
I don’t agree because people suffered.
I think the most interesting fact is that she was able to call before dying.
Driver gets out of vehicle, stabs woman at a store.
This article is talking about a woman was stabbed yesterday in front of a Target store in the neighborhood of Redwood Village, near the Lemon Grove City limit. The lady was attacked yesterday about 11:15 a.m. by a woman who drove a silver Jeep to the store on college Avenue near college Grove Drive. The women had gotten out of the Jeep, she approached the other woman and stabbed her, the woman with the knife was arrested. The lady has not yet been heard of.
My idea is maybe the lady should of fought back.
Why would a lady be stabbing a lady in front of target and in the day.

Activists made a demonstration yesterday at the Olympics’ flame lighting ceremony in Athens, Greece. The protester’s CONDUCT was due to their distaste over the fact that the Olympic games is allowing China to participate and hold the games. The protesters are condemning the fact that a country which is so violent, oppressive and murderous is allowed to hold the Olympic games which are a sing of peace and friendship between countries. China’s government has none of those attributes. The protesters which are, pro- Tibetan, are restless and they will keep protesting, they will not desist. As the ceremony was taking place and the torch carrier was running in his designated path a woman soaked herself in red paint (ELEMENT that signifies blood) and threw herself in the runner’s path. Many of the protesters were seized and imprisoned. I just believe that it is unfair that a country like China which is very violent and totalitarian is allowed to host games that were intended to bring peace and familiarity. I still think that this situation needs to be ADMINISTERED in the correct manner to not cause bigger problems.
The story I read to day was about a jail that houses inmates that have HIV and AIDS. The jail houses girl inmates that have sexually transmitted diseases. The lady inmates are able to leave the prison to go to work, they got blue collar jobs but they have to come back to the prison. The inmates are kept like that until they are released and when they leave they still get to keep there jobs if they are doing good enough.
Street Scene Back In Town
Today in the Union Tribune I read that street scene founder Rob Hagey says plans for the San Diego music festival is set to go back to its downtown roots in September. He was pictured last night in the heart of the Gaslamp quarter. Where the festival began in 1984.
Refletion- I think this is a good idea to bring San Diego its own festival back because it’s a cool festival and its brings people together also it would bring tourist at the time of the festival
♥The article I read abo0ut this morning was about a woman who was stabbed outside a target store. A woman who was shopping at a local store in San Diego was stabbed out of the blue. The woman was attacked by another woman who was driving in the parking lot of the Target store. The target store where the incident happened was located on College Avenue near College Grove Drive. The woman who stabbed the other woman got off her car and stabbed the other woman. The woman that stabbed the other woman was driving a silver jeep to the store. The woman got arrested when the police got there. She stabbed her with a knife.
♥The article that I read was really random. Why would someone get stabbed just like that. There must be a good reason why the woman just got off her car and stabbed the other woman. I hope the woman is okay and that the other woman gets what she deserves.
♥An interesting fact that I read in the article was that there is no explanation to why the woman stabbed the other woman.
